Shakrota Mobile opened its doors in 2011 on Jalan Mustapha Al-Bakri, Pekan Baru. What started as a small counter for phone repairs has grown into a full telecommunications shop — buying, selling, trading in, repairing and kitting out phones for customers across Perak.
We built the business on one simple idea: a secondhand phone should never feel like a gamble. That is why every unit we sell is fully tested for battery health, screen, cameras, speakers and buttons before it goes on the shelf — and why we tell you honestly what condition it is in.
